Process Quality Associates offers a dynamic approach to Black Belt training.

·              Our specialized 4 month program consists of four in-class sessions (of 5 days each) separated by three-week application periods.

              To get the maximum benefits from this training program, candidates will run actual “real world” projects inside your organization during the application periods, with full support from the PQA trainer.
