TeamWork and Group Dynamics

Workshop Overview

Companies can buy the same equipment, build a similar building, buy the same software, and have the same suppliers as their competition.  So what separates and differentiates one company from its many competitors?  It's the people.  There are 9 significant attributes that all employees possess, most of them directly available to an employer if they can harness, focus, and co-ordinate these people and their talents.  Teamwork and Group Dynamics explore what has been learned about maximizing the potential of this greatest corporate asset.

Through the use of a highly interactive, hands-on and engaging work simulation exercise, called "The Bridge Game", trainees take a life-like journey through a typical business project where everyone plays an active role. Developed to IBM Learning & Development standards, The Bridge Game is a networking platform where the trainees learn the soft skills required to drive their job skills. Trainees experience how to become a functional team.

Studies have shown that functional teams can achieve 30% to 60% better results than individuals working alone or independently.

A Gallup Poll of 10,000 worker across N. America found that the average employee was will & able to give 30% more effort to their employer than what they normally do in their average day.  Are you getting your 30% ?
