Workshop Overview
	Time is the only non-renewable resource. How you spend your time will fundamentally determine the maximum success you can achieve, the risks you face, and the frustrations your feel. Time management is not about maximum speed and efficiency. Time management is first and foremost about the effective use of this precious resource through awareness, planning, focused effort, and rapid response to unexpected situations. Tools to maximize speed and efficiency are only important once this foundation has been fully developed and implemented. This course will examine the theory, practice, tools, techniques, and measurements for optimum time management.
