It will enable trainees to understand the basic requirements of the ISO/TS 16949:2000 Quality Management System Requirements, and the 5 Core Tools. Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Fundamental Statistical Process Control (SPC) Measurement System Analysis (MSA)

You Need to Attend This Workshop If ......
	You are an internal quality auditor and need to have a working knowledge of the core tools. You will find out what to look for in an audit. You will also meet GM & Ford's Customer Specific Requirements for an internal auditor to have training in the core tools. You are directly or indirectly supporting personnel who use the Core Tools on a daily basis and you need to understand what they are doing so you can assist them.
