Workshop Overview
	This is a 1-day overview of the SPC techniques that are included in the latest edition of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) SPC Manual. The training course will enable trainees to understand the basics of SPC, the management support process, the common statistical methods, and additional methods that can be used in special situations. Workshops are used to give trainees a better understanding of the concepts introduced. Trainees will learn how & when the methods are to be used.
