Hello, My name is Sandeep from Texas A &M University - College Station. I have
previously inquired you about the CCPM and TOC methods used in construction
projects. I am presently working on the term-project for my class and my topic for the
project is the use of CCPM in construction projects. I was also trying to find out the disadvantages of using CCPM. But I could not find anywhere regarding that. I will be glad
if you can help me to list the disadvantages (if any) and also help to figure out how
CCPM has been used in construction projects by taking an example of a company which
has used it. I will be looking forward to hear from you soon as I am running short of time.
